In life, people are aware of many prospects for justice and law. In many cases, people will contemplate similarities and differences between them, but they really do not understand how they work. I doubt whether justice is law or justice is justice. Then, I will make clear the different views of justice and law as clearly as possible from the Bible point of view and the human ideals. Theology defines justice in justice and in various ways in the Bible and in society. Its most basic meaning is to treat humans with love, respect and fairness.
Juridical lawyer Jonathan Burnside stated that the Biblical law is not fully organized, but it is possible to identify its important moral factors 30. Criminal justice scholar Sam S. Souryal said the Bible emphasizes that moral knowledge and moral quality are the core of judicial administration. Souryal said that the most important of the Bible ethics principles guaranteeing criminal justice is those who prohibit "lies and fraud, racial prejudice and racial discrimination, abuse of self-interest and authority". : Xx In the Bible, human judges are considered to be able to mediate even sacred decisions if there is sufficient moral power and wisdom. 76-77
Justice is the "correct" moral concept that we believe as a society based on morality, reason, law, religion, fairness, and justice. Justice requires the principle of democracy that is consistent with "rule of law". The rule of law is a concept that indicates that all decisions need to be made according to the law. No one can be exempted from the law. Respecting the rule of law is an important condition for maintaining democracy and justice. It ensures that all individual decisions and actions are in accordance with national law. It also ensures that people with power do not allow us to live in arbitrary and unpredictable ways based on their personal hatred, prejudice, or belief, not by laws I will.
The concept of justice and the laws based on it change constantly. Therefore, there is a strict interdependence between incentives and educational effects of justice and legal concept established based on the social consciousness of people applying it. If the impact of the legal system on human psychology is such that individuals and society as a whole have common interests, the legal system is sufficient in that case. The interpretation of this justice can be found in the view of Polish attorney and legal philosopher L. PetraÅ 1/4 ycki who left Germany in 1896 after completing a study on the so-called BGB code or Biir-gerliches Gesetzbuch. At the time, all excellent legal theorists were studying this code, and L. Petra Å 1/4 ycki left Germany with a nickname of "pole of glory".
