Foundation of Family in Islam

The basis of the Islamic family is to more or less precisely define marital life arrangements. Muslims are aware that the first marriage between humans happened between the Prophets Adam and Hawa. In Islam, marriage is a contract or marriage contract. Formally binding contracts are considered part of a religiously effective Muslim marriage and outlines the rights and responsibilities of the bride and groom. From the above definition, it is clear that the basis of the Islamic family is kinship relationship and / or spouse's devotion. Marriages of adoption, mutual alliance, client, private consent, intimacy, and "common law" or "trial" are not to build an Islamic family. Muslims provide reasonable continuity, true safety and mature intimacy and establish families for solid reasons. The foundation of the family must be so determined and natural as to promote honest mutualism and moral satisfaction. Muslims recognize that there is no more healthy and intimate relationship model than natural, rather than blood, morality and satisfaction.

Families are the foundation of the Islamic society. Peace and security provided by stable family units are gaining great attention and are seen as a prerequisite for the spiritual growth of their members. The presence of a large family creates a harmonious social order; children take care and rarely leave the house until they get married. Muslim marriage is not a "sacrament" but a simple legal agreement that any party can freely include conditions. Therefore, marriage customs vary from country to country. Therefore, divorce is not common, but it is not used as a last resort to prohibit divorce. According to Islam, Muslim girls can not be forced to marry against her will: her parents advise only to the young people who think they might be appropriate

Muslims think that marriage is the foundation of social life and family life. In fact, Islamic marriage is built through the rights and duties enforced by the laws of both parties. In the atmosphere of love and respect, these rights and obligations provide a framework for balancing family life and cooperation between the two parties. "Allah has created companions for you, for you, for you, for them, for them, for them, for children, for grandchildren, to serve you the best food." It shows that compared with other religions such as Christianity, Buddhism and Judaism, singleism and monks are considered big virtues and means of salvation. Institution Allah's Apostle (peace to him) declared as follows: "There is no abbot in Islam." He further ordered, "You are young!
