Former Journey Singer Performing at Ulster County Fair Sunday

Former travel singer Steve O'Brien plans to perform at the Alster Capital Fair in New Paltz at 5:30 pm on Sunday, August 5.

Steve Augeri is the first of three singers to replace Steve Perry. He played in symbolic rock band between 1998 and 2006. In 1997, Augeri received a request to audition band's performance from Journey's Neal Schon and Jonathan Cain. In 1998, he was announced as a new official singer of Journey on behalf of Steve Perry. He appeared on the Armageddon soundtrack with the song "Remember Me" with Journey and recorded in the bands of Arrival (2001), Red 13 (EP-2002) and Generations (2005). As the sound problem recurs, he leaves the band in 2006

Ulster County, one of New York's most primitive counties, was formed in 1683 and named after the title of the Ireland kingdom of the Duke of York. At the turn of the nineteenth century, it was mostly rural areas, moderately producing medium- and medium-volume wool. At the beginning of the 21st century, the Ulster County Arts Council contacted the DCAC following the State Arts Council of New York and asked if they would undertake and distribute funds to Ulster County. Since DCAC is currently working with Dutchess and Ulster County, we changed their names to Arts - Mid Hudson. A few years later, when they started resuming in Orange County, they expanded their geographic reach. "We are trying to make as much art available as possible in urban areas where services are missing," Marston-Reid explains. "We built a small gallery where volunteers work, although the late, the Queenstown Art Project has been successful, and in the third week of each month art and culture events will be held in Poughkeepsie."

From May to November 2017, production was done in Dutches County and Ulster County in northern New York.
