Foreign-Made Car versus American Cars

When Americans buy new or secondhand cars, they look for superior fuel economy, powerful engine performance, safety features and other interesting things. One thing that is certain is that all consumers are looking for the biggest thing they can do. For decades, due to advances in social technology, cars have become more efficient in every way. But there are still some car brands that stand out more than others. As we all know, the famous Mercedes-Benz is more reliable than the Jeep, as does domestic and international cars.

The biggest difference between American cars and foreign cars is design. From the beginning of the car, most American cars were bigger than most foreign-made cars. The same can be said when Americans are known for manufacturing "full size" cars today. More importantly, foreign cars are known to be more fashionable than most American cars. Foreign cars are designed to provide luxury and comfort to drivers and passengers to make driving experience as enjoyable as possible. Most American cars are considered to be simple and trivial designs, unlike drivers, foreign designs should be the basis for American designers to compete. On the other hand, according to the buyer of the car, the design is a matter of preference.

From an American point of view, foreign cars are more expensive than similar cars in America. The most obvious answer is that foreign cars are being imported, so the retail price must be higher. This is true in almost all cases, but by contrast foreign cars are more valuable than American cars. The explanation of the difference in value may be that the quality of a foreign car is better than that of an American. Repair and maintenance of each type of car is directly related to value. Using general logic, expensive cars can be said to cost more as cars are repaired. In most cases, unless most foreign cars are of better quality, they are unlikely to need repair like an American car. Obviously foreign cars are more expensive and more valuable than American cars.

Are you driving an American car or a foreign car? I like foreign-made cars because they think they are better cars; they do not seem to last long in general care and repair is usually reasonable. However, because you do not drive an American-made car, you do not necessarily support American-made products, or the quality is not always low. Because of my personal experience, I like foreign-made cars. This analogy can also be applied to charter school systems, at least in New York City. Personal preferences can be the main factor
