Foreign aid, aid, charity, development assistance ... Whatever you call it, it has become a global activity. Aid is provided in various ways. The government provides assistance to the government through multilateral or non-governmental organizations of all sizes.

In this article we discussed the effectiveness of foreign aid from a historical point of view. I show that foreign aid is a relatively new concept in economics and highlight the role of exchange rate policy in foreign aid disputes in the 1970s and 1990s. In the early 1980s, I showed that there was a big change in aid and agricultural awareness. I emphasize that recipient countries use "ownership" of aid programs as a way to improve their effectiveness. I believe that if economic professionals rely entirely on cross-cutting regression analysis, expectations for the progress of these discussions are weak. In order to proceed, these analyzes need to be supplemented by a detailed case study that follows the history of the country for decades.

This article focuses on the effectiveness of foreign aid in developing countries, especially Zimbabwe. The background of this document is that Zimbabwe is accepting and accepting foreign aid as a developing country, but it is still underdeveloped. The survey is based on the historical story of Zimbabwe's foreign aid from 1965 to 2000. It is believed that the idea of ​​providing and deterring aid is still and now being used to influence macroeconomic policies of developing countries. Many developing countries need more external assistance, but this paper is important because the achieved economic growth is small. This paper argues that we can improve people's lives only to see the effect of foreign aid. The authors conclude that foreign aid is beneficial, although its effectiveness depends on donor management.
