It is well known that the number and incidence of diet-related diseases are rapidly increasing. What I think is interesting is that, unlike other diseases, it is easy to fix the causes of these diseases. By adopting a healthy lifestyle, food choices can be used as medicines to prevent, treat and restore disease. Food should be a prescription for social welfare. Science is the theme I have always loved, biology is my favorite theme in high school. After developing into secondary lactose intolerance in 2012, my broad interest was instantly promoted in specific areas.
