These summary results are summarized from baseline assessment and final assessment of rural household food safety practices using the food safety checklist tool (see Appendix B). Overall, food safety education interventions, including VHSG volunteers and rural communities using the new Food Safety Information Poster, made significant progress in achieving home food safety practices. Most noteworthy: a) Education and information. Feedback Focus Group The main reason the VHSG volunteer mentioned at the workshop is that food safety is a "new message" on health topics of interest to rural people. Important information on posters is clear and easy to understand. Residents like new color posters displayed in their kitchen / food preparation area. I have read the poster and I heard that the neighbor of the VHSG Food Safety Education Program wants to participate in this event.
Ten basic goals of safe surgery have been identified. These have been incorporated into WHO's surgical safety checklist. The purpose of this checklist (available at www.who.int/safesurgery) is to strengthen recognized safety practices and promote better communication and teamwork among clinical disciplines. This list is intended for use by clinicians interested in enhancing the safety of surgery and reducing unnecessary surgical deaths and complications. Its use is clearly related to significant reductions in complications and mortality in various hospitals and environments, and improved compliance with basic treatment standards.
Patient safety checklists are ubiquitous in healthcare. Nurses are responsible for ensuring compliance with the checklist. To report non-compliance with checklists and to stop dangerous procedures, a mentally safe workplace environment is required. Therefore, we analyzed the organizational data and examined the relationship between psychological safety and reports that do not comply with the centerlines checklist. Although the results show different views on psychological safety, they are irrelevant to non-compliance. Provide this finding and evaluate psychological safety considerations
