Flood (2007)

Some interesting things about disaster movies. A simple and ingenious premise can bring you some wonderful stories. Of course, most disaster movies tend to explore familiar areas, but I can usually tolerate them.

Unfortunately, the flood may mark the bottom of history of this sub genre. Screening time varies depending on location and character, but Robert Carlyle is definitely a star of the movie. His performance is almost nice. Again, Joanne Whalley is very imbalanced. Veteran actor Tom Courtenay (for heaven, he played in Dr. Zhivago) is particularly bad. His time is in most cases completely closed and his expression is very poor. It was a shameful performance for the man. The rest of the actor corresponds to a very bad thing, with one exception: Jessalyn Gilsig, I think that it may give the most convincing performance as a plotting device / eye candy . Considering the badness of others is not that important, but still I am very happy to take care of her

This script is very bad and can cause confusion. Some of the worse lines I have heard for a long time were handed one by one by the actors. You saw this story a thousand times. It will take you through all "dramatic", "the end of the world", Poseidon's movie (original and remake), and all others who see dramatic hooks and tears.

The direction is terrible. I do not have the sense of time or inspiration. The lens is gentle, neither dialogue nor behavior can flow. Editors are awful, how do you edit such confusion? There is no doubt that this film relied too much on CGI. Character factors, drama, character fighting are hidden. The scene that the character must face the flood is rare and it is not well done. I do not like feelings of making TV. Should someone get off the rope from the helicopter? No problem. Please show it with a helicopter and do very bad editing / editing work and safely put the next frame on the ground.

The ending may be the worst ending I have seen for a long time. Just as they have no idea. Nonsense, if you never take it out, you will not run out of it. You need to have a budget shortage

This is a very amateur job. I chose 2 to use London as a location. Gilsig is actually an important support character and some CGI lenses are decent (London and gate closed water).

Please support yourself and see if you saw a disaster movie after or before tomorrow. This includes old classics like towering Inferno
