Flag Desecration is Freedom of Expression

The national flag is freedom of speech, the flag of our country is a symbol of eternal freedom and hope and a testimony of our strength. Most importantly, our flag is to express freedom for individuals to express their ideals when they express ideals. Therefore, a dilemma will arise when the essence of American freedom is challenged by the "national flag amendment" which prohibits American flag flight. Although incineration of flags is very aggressive, it is still a means of expression and is protected by the US Constitution.

I despise this behavior, but I will pass a constitutional amendment to prevent the destruction of the flags to the Congress, which is an insult to America's freedom, independence, justice, and freedom to express our freedom and glory. According to the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, the ideal represented by the flag should always be protected, including freedom of flight or flight. The adoption of this amendment to the flag will be the first step in becoming a repressive government that weakens freedom of speech and other American citizens' basic rights.

In this case the question of whether the state or federal government has the right to ban the national flag is raised. Since the flag is the only symbol of respect, the basic rules that apply to other symbols do not apply to American flags. I can not convince the argument that burning the flag is a form of protected freedom of speech. Because the cost to protect this form of freedom is too high. Freedom of speech can not be protected any more by defending the flag

The American government should think that the American flag is unconstitutional because of the freedom represented by the national flag and the blood, sweat and tears of brave soldiers and veterans. The embarrassment of the American flag indicates contempt or ignorance of the symbolic meaning it represents. The American flag someday became the image of freedom and democracy, proving our principle and belief as a nation. - In the US there was constant discussion on how much the government is involved in daily life. As a citizen, Americans demand that our leaders provide protection and security. In return, they provide capital, originality and responsibility to society. From the current recession and relief, citizens can rely on the government to regulate and stabilize our economy - act on behalf of their happiness. However, this is not necessarily the case.
