Flag Burning and the First Amendment

Your initial amendment right is very close to the violation of the US Congress. Over the past two decades, Congress passed seven attempts to overthrow constitutional amendments, pass the Constitutional amendment allowing the government to ban the flag, and to overthrow the Supreme Court's decision to burn the American flag It passed.
