In today's competitive business environment, five administrators play an important role. The article "Five Manager" by Jonathan Gosling and Henry Mintzberg shows some important aspects of an effective manager. According to the author, "The managerial world is complicated and confusing." Therefore, managers need to consider regular employees. In particular, managers should think globally, localize, cooperate through competition, become promoters of change, and maintain order.

As shown in this article, there are 5 managers on five aspects of management thinking - not only showing the power of the classroom but also real insight. First I will explain how to propose five management thinking styles and then discuss them deeply before I drill down into five management thinking methods. Jonathan Gosling is the director of the Leadership Research Center at Exeter University in Exeter, England. Henry Mintzberg is Professor Cleghorn and author of McGill University Management Research Department in Montreal.
