The first garrison school is a store building located in the 200 block of Connaught Street borrowed by the school district, which is an elementary school in elementary school. The second school is another rental shop in Madison Street. The first teacher group was a Caucasian. After the liberation declaration, the talent of blacks was allowed to receive education.
