First Day and First Week of School Activities

We plan several activities in the first week of school. Posting to this school encouraged several interesting welcome events, including the art of the name I saw above. Beyond planning activities and encouraging new relationships. Because important topics, discussions and activities may take longer, please respond flexibly. Always teach your brain and let it rest. Go outside, enjoy the beautiful weather, and it will disappear! ! I spend most of the school's first weekly classroom rules, procedures and procedures. There is nothing more important in the first week. Take the time to teach each program and daily routine you want students to practice and learn at once. If they are not told, to be shown and to be tried, do not think they remember them or do not think they would do it right!

When the first day of school comes, it is time to start real teaching and learning. The first week of school is a good opportunity to strengthen your plan on the first day. After all, your student has a lot of information to absorb on the first day. In the next few days we will spend time to strengthen PBIS expectations, but the first week of school is the best opportunity to advance your course in a positive direction. Every student sitting in the classroom needs to be evaluated. Each of them has talent and ability to differentiate them. This may be the first time some of your students have heard this message. Tell them that their value has nothing to do with their grades. Respond to expectations as valuable individuals such as hard work, respect for others, sense of responsibility
