In 146 BC, the first Corinthian Roman general Mu Mius destroyed Greek's independent attempt by completely destroying the city of Corinth. For a hundred years the area of the city has been ruined. After all, Julius Caesar sent a group of veterans and descendants of free citizens to rebuild the city and created a new Corinth in a short period from ancient ruins (ancient Corinth page 20). During the rebuilding of Corinth, Caesar was assassinated and Emperor Augustus (1 Corinthian Background) continued rebuilding.
Corinth shared her name with the letter written by the apostle Paul. The apostle Paul was the main missionary of the early church. He wrote to keep in touch with the church he founded. 1 Corinthians are letters written in Ephesus in the year 55 AD. The seventh and eighth book of the New Testament is a letter from Paul to the church members of the Christian church in Corinth, Greece. He discussed the problems of oral reporting, especially the differences within the church. He also discussed the issues raised in the letters Corinth wrote to him. He remembered how important it is that it is important that the Corinthians do not want to part one another. They must always seek a match of the church. He reminded them that they all had the gift God gave them. 1 Corinth is also the first written documentation of the last supper and resurrection. It's not easy, but easy to understand.
Like Paul's first letter to the Corinthians, the second letter is also eye-catching because of its length. In the first few chapters of this letter Paul encouraged the Corinthians to remind that God is the source of all comfort and to rely on God in the event of weakness and conflict. The two chapters (8 and 9) are dedicated to the generosity of Christians of Jerusalem in Macedonian Church, and individuals appeal to Corinthians to suit their generosity. Paul wrote the last few chapters, defended his authority as an apostle of Christ, criticized false prophets to the Corinthians, and reminded many trials as apostles. He later joined the recommendation on how to live in harmony and "greet one another with Christian love."
