First Amendment: Protection of Privacy

My privacy is very important as a private citizen, especially in this new digital era; agencies will use this information where possible. However, we are protected by first and fourth modifications that give us the right to speak, drink or smoke in our house without infringement of the government. However, if these rights are violated, we can choose to challenge these lawsuits and if we are not satisfied with the results, we can refer them to the court. But to do this we have to restrict our language and acts to prevent these institutions from trying to infringe our freedom of rights.

On September 25, 1789, the first amendment protected people's beliefs and privacy without government invasion. The fourth revision is to protect people and property from unfair search and seizures. On February 1, 1886 Boyd vs. the US Supreme Court granted the protection of privacy rights based on the fourth and fifth amendments of the US Constitution. In the 1890's, the legal concept of public relations - whether celebrities have their own privacy. In front of the newspaper, television, the Internet, the public did not touch infinite stories about celebrities. But the information we bombed today was about who dated, where they are eating, and what they are wearing from magazines like People, Entertainment Weekly, Stars. In addition, most ordinary people respect the right to private life. However, some people are absorbed in getting information from celebrities.

"Constitution" strongly suggests privacy, but the term "privacy" is not stated in the "Constitution". With the first 10 fixes, privacy is obvious. The first amendment will protect the rights of individuals who worship religion. The first amendment also protects freedom of speech and freedom of press. There are many incidents concerning the first amendment. Saratoga Springs, freedom of religion at N. Y. Kindergarten girl Kayla Broadus held the hands of the two classmates and chanted prayers. "
