Especially the process of rethinking previous actions and decisions. Focus is to integrate - to evaluate what people have learned and how they use what they have learned. As you can see, this unit is also about actions. This is the last unit of the course, but learning does not stop there. Learning has just begun

Guide the application - The application outside of your transaction is about how you use something - how to apply it to your daily practice. Now is the time to take action! Is there a better way to truly understand the steps of teaching someone new skills than relying on "trust" to lead experience, rather than doing on their own? Let's start teaching experience to teach someone not related to your transaction. You might want to start with something simple like making a paper airplane.
