Introduction Dengue is a tropical disease caused by a virus transmitted by the mosquito Aedes aegipti. This disease mainly attacks tropical countries in Latin America, Africa and Asia. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), dengue is a rapidly spreading viral disease like a pandemic, one of the four future vaccine priorities of the World Health Organization. (World Health Organization, 2013) Researchers in the USA, Brazil and Europe are developing four vaccine candidates undergoing clinical trials. These evaluations are carried out in popular countries such as Colombia, Brazil, Thailand and Singapore.
Dengue is caused by Aedes Aegypti. Aedes Aegypti is bitten by mosquito every day and I want to chew people. They live in clean water. There is currently no vaccine available to prevent dengue. Scientists are also trying to invent a vaccine against dengue but researchers are still in beta stage. The only cure for dengue fever is to consume a large amount of moisture such as water, thinking, dairy products etc.
Dengue vaccine is a vaccine against dengue in humans. The World Health Organization recommends that pre-vaccination screening or recently recorded high seroprevalency rate (at least 80 years) in this area minimize severe dengue fever in seronegative individuals 9 ). In 2017, manufacturers recommended using vaccines only for those who had previously been dengue infected, as the outcome of those who had never been vaccinated could be exacerbated. This caused a scandal in the Philippines and over 733,000 children were vaccinated regardless of serum status.
To prevent dengue fever, it is necessary to exterminate (remove) mosquitoes that possess viruses that cause dengue fever. There is currently no vaccine against dengue. There are no special medications for treating dengue fever infections. If you think that you may have dengue, you should use acetaminophen analgesics to avoid taking aspirin containing medicines that may increase bleeding. You should also rest, drink plenty of water, reduce the number of mosquitoes, and stop mosquito breeding. These include old tires, cans or pots collecting rainwater. Please change outdoor bath and pet water dish on a regular basis. If someone in your family has dengue, be particularly careful about your efforts to protect yourself and other families from mosquitoes. Mosquito biting infected families may spread infections to others in your family.
