How to end cultures has existed for centuries of tradition. Each culture has its own tradition. What happens when the tradition is a bad and painful tradition? Women's circumcision is a traditional way in many cultures. The purpose of this program is not to become indiscriminate as age gets, but to keep females faithful to their husbands.
