Fears We Carry: Superstitions

The terrible thing that happens to me when the mirror breaks down or walks under a ladder is the fear caused by ancient fear. Myths come from all over the world and are taught to us by our parents and grandparents. According to Webster's dictionary, superstition is a kind of belief or action based on fear of unknown and belief in magic or luck.

Faith based on ignorance or fear is superstition. Superstition is by no means rational. It always violates known laws of science and reasoning. Superstition has many forms and customs. Faith, apparitions, supernatural forces to appeal, and existence of sentient beings arise from superstition. As fear and fear can lead to superstition and blind faith this time, what is mysterious, unknown, unexplainable? Therefore, they arise from blind beliefs of human ignorance and mysterious and unknown. Psychologically, anxiety, fear of bad luck, and fear of unexplainable power created superstition. Superstitions may vary by location, community, community, and country, but they share a common origin. They arise from fear of things and lack of knowledge. When you can not explain and understand some phenomena, people fear them and begin giving them a sacred and mystical origin.

Myths arise from factors of human fear. Everything that can not be rationally explained can be regarded as a target of horror and worshiped. However, when civilization advances and education is still spreading now, superstition is the latest in the world. Superstition should be abolished as it reduces people's efficiency. My superstitions are caste, community, even border. Though they may vary by country and region, people all over the world have superstition. Even those who have received education do not have superstition. In some cases, the belief in superstition is very rooted. Despite the opposite evidence, people are still sticking and their lives are regulated by them.
