In the summer, I played a game in my room and my parents went home and cried, "The children have exciting news going downstairs." We will go to Florida holiday news. I was excited at the beginning because I never went to Florida, but when I heard that we were flying, I was a bit nervous because I was afraid of the height so I did not get on an airplane. Later that day, we started packing our bags and put them in the car tomorrow.
When I was a child, my family traveled several times a year from our home in Florida to our grandparents in North Carolina. The interstate freeway limit speed is 55 miles per hour, which usually happens on television where we can watch television, so these day driving seems to be infinite usually. Of course, you can not check the score on the internet. Of course, there is no strange phone (whatever) you can touch any sports event, full color, and high resolution on the screen. There is only AM radio. We are always worried about the base range at critical moment.
Our family brought our boys to South Carolina for expedition to see their grandmother. In the meantime I remember all the trips my family did when I arrived along the coast to Florida and Southeast beach when I was young. Those drives are an unforgettable part of my childhood and growth, but I understand that many children no longer experience them. The road travel culture in the US peaked in the 1960s and 1970s when the airfare was still high, the flight was long, the frequency was low, and the family wanted to see more countries. Meanwhile, on the highway such as the Southern border, there are many iconic features that explain the luxurious and fairly independent themes. Since then, more and more families decided to travel by air on an annual basis and skip the road. Many of the tourist spots that used to travel on the road are now disappearing
A few years ago, my family and I went to Florida Keys. This special trip was originally a spontaneous weekend vacation that is stressful in everyday life. We travel this countless times and expect the same results as other holidays. It usually takes 4 hours, but it is supposed to be the longest drive ever. The trip occurred naturally, so I did not think about booking a hotel room. We just thought we could search the available rooms on the phone. For full ride, we search, search, and search. Clearly, there are no hotel rooms in Florida this special weekend.
