India is said to be the home of puppet art. The first part about puppet theater can be found in Silappadikaaram, Tamil literary classics written over 2000 years ago. In yoga, the body is called the five elements of soil, water, fire, air, and the universe, the whole existence is seen as a puppet show of these five elements. For thousands of years, puppetry has been deeply rooted in Indian lifestyle. Karaikal Kalaimamani Kesavasamy is one of India's most famous puppetry writers. Retired principal and puppetry author made his puppet show and set it for myself.
