FastCat Pay Structure

Compensation system FastCat occupies a variety of positions across the company, but we have created a remuneration system. The company divides its employees into four categories. These four categories are defined as management, technology, support, and management. By using a single remuneration system, I would like to build a competitive companywide fairness system across the market. These four categories have different requirements for different job types. Each position must take into consideration knowledge, skills, ability and other characteristics.

The internal alignment recommended by FastCat is to build a single structure based on the compensable elements associated with its success. Each factor has a different level depending on the requirements required for that factor. For example, there are only three levels of creativity and five levels of experience (see chart 1 of the workbook). This allows FastCat to cover the entire company with the selected elements, but it is still suitable for each job. This design will help FastCat achieve employee goals to company goals and make them fair to employees. Also, since FastCat is fully evaluated based on the level of each element, FastCat's cost effectiveness improves. The five most important factors in choosing FastCat are education, experience, technology, creativity / innovation, and skills and abilities. Because FastCat requires advanced educated people, the first choice is education.

Software designed by FastCat requires specific knowledge that the degree can provide. The choice of experience is due to the importance to FastCat. Almost all work at FastCat requires at least some experience in certain areas; therefore, experience is considered very important for FastCat. Technical capability is the extent to which errors affect FastCat. For example, spelling errors in management assistants can have a significant impact on FastCat's business, but technology marketing consultants that track incorrect breakdowns will have a major impact on FastCat. FastCat's technological innovation / technological innovation factors are also very important. FastCat's mission statement states even that "we must create innovative and quality solutions."
