A popular Latin boys group CNCO played on the iHeartLATINO radio a couple days ago and they talked about various themes like their upcoming highest boy band nominations for the 2018 iHeartRadio awards. When the theme became their fellow iHeartRadio, a nominated BTS, the fans were not satisfied with what they said.
DJ Enrique Santos sponsored by iHeartLATINO blessed CNCO winning the Best Boys Nomination of iHeartRadio Award and then asked the group about the view on "Called Korean [BTS]" and said, "I like Korean version of CNCO" I mentioned.
CNCO replied that they like BTS's work, and Santos has imitated them by imitating Korean and asked them to sing their own songs "Súbeme LaRadio" and "Mamita" in Korean
After Enrique Santos and CNCO commented on BTS, the fans began sharing their opinions on the interview and their opinions on Twitter, leading to the trend of # CNCO_Apologize.
First of all, there is a problem with both MC and CNCO. CNCO was doing well until they began imitating Korea. As Latin, I must admit that latinx + is not uncommon
I am very fed up. Besides not respecting BTS, Korea and other Kpop groups, they are generally Asians.
Since BTS may be too good to do something about it, it is better to apologize, but do not forget that ARMY is cruel if necessary. #CNCO_APOLOGIZE @CNCOmusic
Not just respected BTS, but also all Koreans. I hate it. I am hoping that you will contemplate what you are doing, mature and be educated. #CNCO_APOLOGIZE @CNCOmusic
At the time of writing, Enrique Santos or CNCO has not made any subsequent remarks or comments.

Everything started when two radio DJs talked about their nomination at the awards ceremony and they ask if they know about BTS. One of the DJs then said: "They are like CNCO in Korea." When he heard comments from DJ, the boys group laughed a bit surprised. However, one member has been told that they said "they are hoping". Since people in this group do not speak Korean, they laughed very much with DJ. Some people say this is just a joke and only to entertain the audience, but many fans (other than Koreans and foreigners) think they are doing more than BTS.
Recently the boys sat down to receive an interview with a local radio station. In the speech, Radio DJ talked about the nomination of the group of "iHeartRadio Music Award" in 2018. This group was nominated for Best Boys Band (New Social Voting Category) and BTS was also nominated in the same category. As for BTS, netizens suspect that CNCO made rude comments about BTS.
