Alexander the Great (336 - 323 BC) was the Greek emperor. He came from the mountainous region of the northern border of Macedonia, Greece. His father, Philip, became king of Macedonia in 359 BC, unifying all of Greece under his rule. When Philip died, Alexander became king at the age of twenty. In 334 BC he took the troops and departed for the Persians, the Greek old enemies. Alexander broke the army of Persian III King of Granicus Persia. By 326 BC, he dominated all the Persian empire until the Indus River of modern Pakistan. Then he took his army to India, but after eight years of battle his army refused to move forward. In 323 BC, during a long trip to Greece, Alexander had a fever in Babylon.
Over the years there were many famous leaders. These leaders have led the country, companies and people. These famous leaders have many things to remember; one is the quotation of famous leaders they made over the years. Looking at some quotes, even some spoken languages have such impacts on the world. Some of these citations were made hundreds of years ago and are still relevant and memorable today. Today, many leaders follow these famous sayings.
Recently, a group discussed the idea of a famous leader and a fictional leader. I thought, why would someone obey a fictional leader? I mean they are not genuine. How about a famous authentic leader? They are famous and they are real, so follow them of course. That's why I'd like to sit down and think about some of the imaginary leaders I saw in society. Captain America. What a nice example. The cap was created in 1941 by a cartoon book. It happened that he caught up with World War II. He is "freedom" America is seeking. Some people help them feel as if they have freedom and can win all "bad guys". But how much people really look up at the captain of the United States? A lot more than I know.
What is the appearance of the leader? Regardless of whether they are famous, think about the two leaders you admire and respect. What did they do, is this very different? What qualities do they have to help them achieve excellent results at high levels? Leadership is not a big mystery. Great leaders have common features. These qualities you can learn and develop! Great leaders are guided by examples and have goals and goals that are the top priority guidelines. Regardless of who overlooks the overview, they have enthusiasm to stop doing the company's vision well. They do not waste time to worry about everyday responsibilities and problems. Instead, I will focus on where the organization needs to go.
