Family House (Village Memories series)

Isa's unique watercolor painting and ink sketch collection is now abandoned and carefully depicts the remains of the traditional country house which has been devastated for abandonment. His painting caused nostalgia, a family, lost pastoral innocence

Tuntutuliaq is a relatively new village. There is an ancient village named Qinaq several miles east of Tuntutuliaq's current location. The elders said that the ancient village Qinaq had many family lawn homes before the disease. For various reasons, village warfare occurred and the family of Kinak feared and left the village to find a new place to live. And now it has led to several new villages including Tunturiak with a population of about 450 people. Today's village relies heavily on self-sufficiency. Due to high prices and lack of employment opportunities, it is almost impossible for most residents to rely entirely on local stores and heating fuels. There are no roads connecting to the main road system of Anchorage to other communities in eastern Alaska. You have to transport everything through air and water, expensive fuel and goods

The first house baked in the village is our house. My family moved to another village. Mom and my sister Polina live in a house next to Poland, and my brother Kyle and Moyce go to the next village. I went to the farm 6 to 10 kilometers away from the village. So I grazed cattle and sheep, broke the rye and weeded the grass. Generally, I did not do much. After all, I am a farmer. I must give the owner what they deserve - they are good for me. But life itself, the situation itself is terrible. There are many German donkeys at home. They did not touch the owner. On the first night, they chewed me at various places. Even though I always kept it clean, I got drowned in a scorpion. The only way to get rid of them is to burn a bonfire. I remove everything and put it on fire.
