Family Formations

Review and critically evaluate the most serious crisis, conflict and family formation changes over the past 20 years (since 1990). See your own experience on changes in identity and changes in identity over time. To solve this problem, it is important to provide evidence that conflict, crisis, and social change existed since 1990. It is widely believed that this family has many forms. This includes a permanent change in the society that brings us back to the family.

Globalization has led to changes in some Czech family lives. The most prominent is the change in family formation. Family formation is delayed intensively. The birthrate fell to a very low level, especially among young women, and between 1995 and 2005 the total birthrate fell below the "lowest" threshold of 1.3. Traditional unions, especially unmarried living together become common, marriage has been gradually postponed, abandoned by many young men and women. As a result, in 2006, the proportion before marriage increased sharply, exceeding 33%. The divorce rate in the socialist era is even higher. The rapid popularization of modern contraceptives, especially contraceptives, resulted in a more careful and cautious plan of family formation and a steady decline in the number of induced abortions (Eurostat, 2007).

For women, the age of first marriage, the age of puberty seems to be part of the Northwest Europe family formation system for most of the millennium. The origins of this reproductive system are unresolved important issues emerging in intensive statistical surveys for decades. Paradoxically, further statistical research can not answer. Instead, the answer lies in the social background of marriage and family formation. The early modern marriage strategy was important for two reasons. First, it provides a safety valve or error margin for ongoing coordination between population and resources. Secondly, this means that when a woman marries a younger older child, the woman is less dependent and fragile.
