Educators must encourage all parents of culture to become part of school culture. One way is through activities. One of the activities that teachers can cooperate with is "night of family culture" The purpose of this activity is to recognize culture by celebrating group culture. This celebration is used to publicly recognize and celebrate certain cultures. (Sjar, 2011) This celebration is targeted at cultural groups, but it is also suitable for the whole class. It allows the class to get used to the culture of the group.

In urban / suburban schools, many students and families have nothing to do with their cultural aspects and do not understand their true tradition. This is due to various factors. So, I will have a cultural night where we do drum making, receiving a traditional story, a local art course, and other local storytellers. Sometimes we have a dance group. It is important for them to touch local culture. It can also help rural international students to contact with this. It will help them maintain contact with local culture

Culturally coordinated society: Schools are not as good as TV in this regard. There is a big gap between fund shortage, the cultural experience of overcrowded urban schools and the school's cultural experience with rich funds in the suburbs. There is a big cultural difference between the dropping out of high school and the graduates of Yale. If the purpose of the school is to lay the foundation of a common culture, its achievement level is almost impossible to achieve.
