Families and community families will become experts in traumatic brain injury (TBI) services, social security, health insurance, Medicaid and rehabilitation regulations, trying to adapt to families already suffering from TBI. Many times this beloved family is dying, countless hours, days, weeks, even months. They were different from them when they came out of coma. In most cases, they can not do what they used to do and their behavior can change dramatically.

People have always emphasized families and communities, but how do families and communities understand being unique to their culture (for example, the family system of clans is different from indigenous people) . Intuition is also a central attribute of Aboriginal culture, an important element of health. Indigenous people have a connection with creativity, based on the consensus that they have their own spirit and their ancestors and communicate with them through meditation, fasting, pray, and dreams, indigenous people place great emphasis on intuition. Our inner knowledge is our intuition called "spiritual knowledge", which is as important as learning and education of "health" as much as we learn and understand. Connecting to the land for treatment and promoting health is a good example of intuition and spiritual perception. Spending time on land can be a powerful realization of development

Participation by families and communities is an important part of the success of school programs, such as courses, education, evaluation, and other aspects of official school life. Good communication and relationships between schools, families and communities will help maximize student success opportunities.

Communication is the key to the success of family management. Researchers agree that clear, open and frequent communication is a fundamental feature of a strongly healthy family. Families who communicate in a healthy way can solve the problem better and are satisfied with their relationship.
