Gerard Clarke and Michael Jennings (2008: 6) define the FBO as "any organization that draws inspiration and guidance activities from specific interpretations or beliefs on doctrine and principles or beliefs of faith." In short, the FBO is a religious constraint organization, either directly or indirectly. The FBO depends on attitudes towards development and how people look at people to live a dignified life.
In general, belief-based organizations are inappropriate because there is no clear definition of meaning based on beliefs. In this article we propose a program based on the religious penetration, the belief center, the belief relationship, the background of beliefs, the beliefs - secular partnership, the secular six types of recursively derived social services and educational institutions and their religious features . Type learning is divided into two parts, organization and plan, and we recognize that the religious characteristics of an organization may be different from the procedure operated by the organization. Analysis of religious features focuses on the actual representation of religion in nonprofit organizations. This article introduces examples of each type based on case study of 15 congregations and active community service program.
Organizations based on social work and religion discuss issues such as relationships based on faith based organization and country, cooperation with organization stakeholders, ethical practices and dilemmas, and organizations based on beliefs as employers. It also includes areas of tension within the multi-belief community, service to the multi-faith community, and discussions and controversies between professional ethics and religious doctrine. A number of case studies from countries such as Australia, the UK, and the United States, written by famous social work educators illustrate this.
In order to clearly understand the contribution of social services based on faith and its position clearly it is important to first identify organizations based on beliefs and to explore the theories they derive.
