INTRODUCTION In Canada, there are about 2 million people with disabilities (people). It is well known that there is a big difference in the unemployment rate between people with disabilities and competent people. Disabled people are facing reductions in wages and allowances at the workplace (Galarneau 5). In fact, society recognizes the intention to eliminate such discrimination. For example, the Canadian Government and several public institutions provide some kind of professional assistance designed to help their customers continue to be hired and continue to be employed in the future.

The British Ministry of Labor and Pensions is the government department responsible for promoting awareness of disability, aimed at deepening understanding of people with disabilities and removing obstacles to persons with disabilities in the workplace. According to the news report, according to a poll conducted in the UK, reports of discrimination and harassment in the workplace and the pension sector increased by 23%. According to the survey, the number of discrimination reports against disability is overwhelming due to discrimination by sex, race or age. The DWP was criticized for the findings. In the solution based on the social model, a lamp is added to the entrance so that the wheelchair user can enter the building immediately. In the medical model, there are few solutions that can help a wheelchair user to climb the stairs, which prevents them from participating in many necessary leisure activities.

Since the establishment of the American Disability Persons Act in 1990, people with disabilities have eliminated or reduced many social barriers. But people with disabilities need to do more to be independent and integrate into their own world. Being healthy is important for working in the community, studying and participating. To be physically disabled does not mean that the person is unhealthy or that person is unhealthy. Health means the same thing for all of us - keeping good condition so that we can live a fulfilling and active life. This means having a tool and information to make a healthy choice and know how to prevent the disease
