The movie 'office space' depicts some employees of a software company trying to oppose the company they work for. Karl Marx 's proletariat theory and bourgeoisie theory in the "Communist Party Declaration" explain the revolution against management and subsequent failure. The problem faced by workers is the result of not doing enough to improve their lives. To prove that the "Communist Party Declaration" can explain the rebellion of employee failures, we must first prove that the film accurately represents the struggle between proletariat and bourgeoisie.
