Harry Braverman's "Labor and monopoly capital: deterioration of labor in the 20th century" (1974) discusses controversial labor and labor themes. He also analyzed the decline in work, and it is also reflected in the proletarian novel Factotum (1975) of Charles Bukowski. Using these concepts, Braverman developed a boss-worker conflict directly related to the editing of this depraved work of Bokowski. The most prominent point of Braverman is the concept of alienation. Where the boss has complete control over the workers and gets the best results.

In Bukowski 's novel Factotum, Hank Chinaski, the hero, became crazy about the work of various devastated blue collars until he worked in the garage of the auto parts store. Apart from one important difference, the work is not better than anyone else. It is enough for Chinaski another Manner, Manny to make his last bet. Soon other workers in the warehouse listened to the plan and asked Hank to pay the stake. In the near future, Chinaski and Manny are fully funded. It is not that they work at the warehouse for $ 1.25 per hour, or they do wise wagers themselves. After all, why does the same person abandon his bet at the factory? They are defined as wrong decisions and always undergo a bad deal. Their wages and bets are the same example.

Do you remember the Bravermans of the hit television program "Parenthood"? One reason is that after seeing the malfunctioning Braverman family, many people went out to buy electric light for the backyard and gathered around a long table in the beautiful backyard. We want to do this for ourselves and our children. Where we can come back. The location of our care and responsibility is rare. There is no need to decide where to eat. We are loved, known and safe. A place where we judge and become generous to food and encouragement. This is a place where people occasionally take responsibility, we can rest. This is not about the physical structure, but about the people living there.
