The revolution was mainly an economic rebellion, after the war between France and India, tax was imposed as they were not representative. Settlers often think British parliament is cruel and unfair. - It is unrelated to the UK and promotes evolving and changing ideologies and beliefs by human mind and logic. There was much debate about the reasons for the American Revolutionary War. This is an important discussion among historians, they have created schools of some thought and have made contradictory interpretations about the revolution. They all have different focus, some make short-term problems blame for short-term problems, others trace the revolution to various factors. Basically, a single event or development can not fully explain historical events. I would like to show that the American revolution is the result of a long-term process due to changes in relations between American people and British colonialists. Part of this process is Republican ideological development and commitment. But this ideology can not be created in a vacuum, but it is the result of accumulation of social change caused by dissatisfaction and opposition to existing order.
