Factors Affecting Professional Development Plans of General Practitioners

This project verifies internal and external factors that GPs support and prevent development programs introduced to practical professional development programs and personal development programs with GP supervisors. In addition to receiving copies of professional development development: General practice guide, deputy director general physician counselor network and counselor. The method used is a qualitative method to facilitate triangulation of data and provide validity check between data.

In order to investigate this issue we examined professional development in relation to several other factors that could affect the collective effectiveness of the principal. Academic practitioners clearly reflect and evaluate the impact of their work. Their professional activities and the knowledge they develop are based on collaborative learning and human relationship learning through active communication within the practice and scholarship community.
