According to the literature, MOOC is often discussed from the viewpoint of development capacity, retention rate, executing agency's policy and other related fields. So far, its widespread use, benefits and potential pitfall checks are limited. Therefore, this paper aims to highlight the use of MOOC as a means of analyzing literature and reducing grading student skill mismatch. Therefore, in the literature review, the gap between higher education and graduate students 'skills, today's graduates and employability, and related fields of MOOC and graduate students' skills are being considered.
