Therefore, this paper aims to highlight the use of MOOC as a means of analyzing literature and reducing grading student skill mismatch. Therefore, in the literature review, the gap between higher education and graduate students 'skills, today's graduates and employability, and related fields of MOOC and graduate students' skills are being considered. By analyzing literature in these fields, this paper identifies gaps in existing literature. </ p
