This dog is a unique beast. With loyal, affectionate and strange shapes, today's dogs are far away from the wolves that appear. Whether it is fluffy, naked, blind or bowed, each dog is a complete prototype of the same type. The idea itself that such collaborative creatures can jump out of such cruel predators is shocking. The fact that a large number of species (340, according to the World Cuspid Mechanism (Melina, 2014)) can be squirted from one point led to investigations.
An ancient dog breed dog is a term used by American Kennel Club for breed group, but it is not currently used. People in history believe that their origins date back more than 500 years ago, so these varieties are called "ancient varieties" rather than modern varieties. In 2004, a study investigated microsatellites representing 414 pure-blooded dogs of 85 breeds. In this survey, it was found that the breeds of dogs differ in genetic character, and 99% of individual dogs are correctly assigned to breeds based on their genotype. This suggests that reproductive disorders (random breeding) lead to different genetic units. In this survey, nine varieties that can be represented in branches of the phylogenetic tree were identified. They can be combined with strong statistical support and be separated from other varieties of modern European origin. These nine varieties are called "ancient varieties", not modern varieties.

The enthusiasts want to protect their dogs from anti-German emotions after the First World War. German Shepherd was introduced by the soldiers who returned from the American World War I. Thanks to the movie star Strongheart and subsequent Lintyn Ting, that variety attracted the attention of the public. During World War II, German Shepherd was the first choice for military varieties. The first guide dog is German Shepherd. Today, they are one of the most popular dogs in America. In 1999, German Shepherd ranked third in the list of top 50 varieties of the American Kennel Club.
