Through the process of evolution, emotions develop with the complexity of the brain. The instinctive feelings necessary to survive, such as thirst, starvation, sexual desire are the oldest and most primitive "emotions" that exist in many non-human creatures. When the body needs food and water, the animal monitoring system sends a signal to the brain that causes neuron firing, suggesting that organisms look for these needs.
I decided to start a series of posts called "Explore Emotions". Each will cover different emotions. Many of these emotions will be sought through my story and the research I did, so there may be some bias. Since everyone has their own experiences and stories that are appropriate for explaining, I know that there is no right or wrong way to explain feelings. I only use my experience as a guide and a way to explore my emotions together. Recently I am very annoyed with people, the world, life, and ultimately myself. Anger is not a general feeling I feel. He thinks that these emotional abilities also play a particularly important role in the workplace.
From 1970 to 1989, intelligence and emotion were integrated into the domain of new recognition and influence (Ciarrochi et al., 2006). I explore the meaning when feelings mean. Darwin's theory of emotional evolution of animal species and emotions is a universal expression as evidenced by Paul Ekman in the US, Japan, Brazil, Argentina, Indonesia, and the former Soviet Union (Ekman, 2003). The term EQ is occasionally used, but it is not defined (Ciarrochi et al., 2006). Howard Gardner (1983) proposed introspective intelligence theory. The theory of Gardner (1983) is part of general self and social intelligence, not EI
