Alternatives There are several areas in academic institutions, but today's teachers and students are increasingly exposed to intense and hostile environments. Punishment should be quick and intolerant in cases where students endanger others. However, there are circumstances where various levels of penalties are required in relation to crime. The obvious need for alternative programs, peer counseling, family support, and cultural diversity programs provides a variety of ways that are beneficial to society.

Disciplinary action is an aggressive method or practice that children and young workers are employing to manage or rectify cheating. There is ample evidence that punishment is a form of discipline not suitable for use with problem youth (Krueger, 102). Punishment can be controlled instantaneously under certain circumstances, but over time it usually becomes a more serious behavior pattern than the user is trying to fix. In other words, punishment exacerbates the bad self-image, which often leads to more self-destructive behavior. On the other hand, alternatives to discipline may be effective when used as part of a comprehensive positive approach or treatment plan. Disciplinary children are very important for building a safe and enjoyable learning environment. Disciplication requires knowledge, skills, sensitivity, and confidence; as with other arts, this is obtained through training and experience; it is facilitated through practice. Recognizing the diversity of value within a community can increase understanding and tolerance of technology in various fields. Learning to take bad behavior of a person can also promote the aggressive growth of social emotion learning.
