Explore the Lord of the Flies and the various types of leaders on the beach, Golding and Garland. Many leadership qualities are demonstrated in "Flying King and Beach". These qualities are expressed in various ways, such as a leader elected by democracy, another self-appointed type, and finally a devastating leader. Fly Lord Lord was written in 1954. In this article I decided to analyze the king of fly written by William Golding. It is because I think that it fits well in the field of organization theory by presenting contrasting actions between different teaching styles and two completely different leaders. I emphasize 4 leadership styles. Democracy, autocracy, laissez-faireism, and charisma. I chose this book because in the novel leadership plays a very important role just like our real life. It is because the character needs to feel some sense of security to survive.

Today, we can differentiate between different types of leadership styles. Some of them are respected by employees, but there are several styles that are considered very bad on the other hand. This article is based on the observation of Sainsbury's nine oak tree administrators and shows and explores the style of leadership. In the first part, research questions were formed and discussed.
