Dr. Aloke Kumar is currently the chairman of Canadian research at Biosystems Microfluidics and is Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Alberta, Canada. Prior to that, he was a Wigner researcher at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee. He received a bachelor's and master's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, India in 2005 and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, USA in 2010.
