"As the world becomes a global economy, the process of commercial internationalization is growing rapidly." (Mathis, Jackson 2000) For this reason, the company now requires international executives. Employees must do the same because every aspect of the business is spreading all over the world. The purpose of this paper is to outline existing literature on foreigners' failures, methods and means for reducing foreigners' failure, and methods to increase foreigners' productivity. This literature review outlines why many expatriates have failed to fulfill their diplomatic missions. This document establishes an understanding of the concept of failure of foreigners and discusses the main reasons for foreigners' failure. Even though the number of people participating in the international market is increasing, the productivity and failure rate of foreigners is still very low.
