Existence of Crime

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the conflict model and consensus paradigm and explain the relationship with these crimes. Disliked crime under the type of violent crime will be explained in detail and case examples gathering some attention related to this major crime will be appreciated. A consistent explanation of the strain theory will be elaborated, then an explanation based on the paradox paradigm will be provided. Defining an agreement is a way for criminologists to study crime in society.

The concept of "born criminal" by Lombrozzo has assertions about the natural features and eternal existence of human social crimes. According to this concept, the type of "criminal's right" is characterized by a specific stigma (a mark to distinguish it from the type of "unbreakable" person).
