As chief executive officer of the new merger, I am excited and excited about the future of our work. Qualis Health and HealthInsight share a rich history of community-based nonprofit medical quality improvement (QI) work and go back to 40 years as a professional standard review agency of the Medicare program. Today, in addition to Medicare and State Medicaid's QI operations, the work in the public and private sectors across the country has diversified, employing more than 500 employees throughout the country.
We are proud of our past achievements and we are keenly working on future issues. Through this merger we will leverage our complementary strengths and utilize deeper talent and expertise to improve the population's health and to increase the scale and synergy to improve medical quality and value It can be achieved.
Based on the success, strengths and culture of the two organizations, we believe this is a real merger with equivalent partners. Our new board of directors comes from Qualis Health and HealthInsight.
The new senior management team coordinated our business and began to formulate a strategy to position the company after the merger into the healthcare QI market. The wider employee leaders of our organization are working hard to improve our management plan and build a common common cultural desire. We will launch a new corporate brand later this year. Prior to this, we will continue to operate under existing brand and organization names of Qualis Health and Health Insurance.
