The primary purpose of the 1990 Disability Act (IDEA) is to ensure that all disabled children have access to free and appropriate public education, design services to meet the inherent needs of disabled students, and for further learning It is to emphasize preparation, work, independence. In other words, the school needs to educate all disabled children.
Supporters believe that the school needs to design plans that consider disabled children, such as wheelchair students, hearing impaired students, problem solving students, and autistic students. It must be enforced once or twice a year, or as required by state law. We need to prevent our children from being punished or disciplined for not doing this for the first time. Many of us had to fight school districts to comply with federal law which gives children the basic rights of education. Many children with special needs need more support in social / emotional development than other children. Children with physical or sensory impairment may have limited opportunities to interact with other children. It is more common to have immature children, especially with special needs, especially before you gain the experience you need to make acceptable social behavior. Children with serious social or mental problems may lack internal control or may be overly internalized. It is easy to be accepted by other children. Children 0 to 5 years old can not protect themselves, children with certain learning disabilities and disability can not protect themselves. Premature infants, low birth weight infants, learning disabilities, physical or sensory disorders, and behavioral disorders are more likely to be abused and ignored. Parents and carers can not protect children or young people or do not want it: the ability to protect children and young people is greatly compromised by psychiatric disorders, physical or learning disabilities, domestic violence, attachment or dependence (Psychological or economical)
