Even if you do not have good performance, you can not rely on excellence. Excellence must be modeled. Excellent model Jesus formed excellence in front of his disciples, so they can ask them. Excellent leaders will build an excellent model that can be expected after modeling. Let's embody your expectations. They do not necessarily do this if the team does not see you setting examples. Great leaders will greatly lead their team!

I began to wonder if excellence could be quantified. According to the Websters dictionary, excellence means "excellent quality". This was not very useful. Dictionary.com defines success as "excellent facts or states." This is a bit better, but still lacks a way to test excellence. So far, based on my own experience, I have understood excellence as a constantly changing goal. It's like trying to do the perfect thing though it is not such a thing. It can never be realized, and you do not want it because it brings satisfaction. Mediocrity before satisfaction. Pursuit of excellence and peace can not coexist
