Many evaluation tools are widely used to gather information useful for diagnosis and treatment planning. Examples of these tools are shown below. You can use other tools to explain development of individual treatment options or to customize evaluation tools to meet the specific needs of the patient population. Some examples of the latter equipment are also listed. The following list is not meant to include all evaluation tools that might be used in treatment planning. The equipment included here is used or recommended by some treatment providers.
