Evolution of Slavery in Justice

We need half of the value of a slave to pay for this crime. If a cow replaces a slave under the same circumstances, the owner of the cow will not bring a lawsuit against the person who has injured his cow. ("Hanlu Rabbi Code", 1772 BC) The importance of the fundamental crime is that it gives certain rights to slaves. This idea represents human nature. Whether humans are relatives or members of tribes, humans place a greater emphasis on the happiness of others than the happiness of one animal.

In my article, Jon Butler, author of "Evolution of American Slavery in Colonial Era" explains the reasons for slavery evolution. Butler details the difference between Africa's experience in America and European experience in the United States. The focus of Africa's experience is mainly on the theme of capture, slavery, and compulsion, but the history of American Europeans focuses on choice, profit, and considerable freedom. African and European experiences have never paralleled the repetition of being strongly intersected by the decreasing population of India and becoming the future of Americans, but Africans want to end s evolution.

Historian Georgian state historian Henry Bruce of the 19th century concluded that Job's history played an important role in the development of Oglethor's anti-slavery philosophy. His beliefs on human rights, liberty, and justice laid the foundation for Georgia's historical debate on the economic, military and moral convenience of slavery.
