Computer development has not evolved by itself; an important influential person like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates has led the technology revolution. These celebrities compete with each other through constant innovation and increasingly sophisticated technology creation. Computer technology is making progress as Intel complements 64-bit technology and advanced kernels to improve processing power.

The purpose of this document is to provide an advanced perspective from a historical point of view on some of the important milestones in computer system development and operating system development. This document is not a complete history of computer systems and operating systems. That is not thorough. If so, it will be long.
