My life has always been to expand learning opportunities for all students by helping educators accept modern tools. Most of this work involves personal calculations. Since 1990, I have led the professional development of the first two laptop schools in the world. I worked with Dr. Seymour Papert, a father of educational computer for 20 years and is a member of the Learning Group of One Laptop Per Child Foundation. Professionally, since 1982 I have taught my children to program computers with courses. I learned to start programming in the mid 1970's. It freed my creativity and opened the window to the world of powerful thinking.

However, with the introduction of secondary education in 1967 and the introduction of free three-level tuition fees in 1995, this situation changed dramatically and the government tried to create a more skilled, highly educated workforce. These free usage fees allow people who previously could not afford to continue their education to reach levels 2 and 3
