Firefighters have an obligation to make important decisions. After reaching five warning flames, the firefighter must make a life and death decision. The two in the burning building are unconscious and only one person can be saved. One is Dr. Rutland, a world-renowned pioneer in the treatment of suicide depression. The medicine he developed has helped thousands of patients, and if completed, they will save even more. The other person is Dr. Rutland's secretary. Since there is only one person who survives, who should be saved.
In this ethical consideration paper, I focus on four important issues: moral model, personal ethics and value, ethical dilemma, and corporate social responsibility. First of all, Utilitarianism is very useful in me for four moral models. When I face the ethical dilemma and need to make a decision, that is very useful for me. In the second part I wrote about how my personal ethics and values are shaped. My moral outlook has three major meanings of my family, culture, and introspection. In the next section I will explain one of the dilemmas I encountered and how Utilitarianism helped make the right decisions. In the last part, we focused on corporate social responsibility. I will compare American values and ethics with Chinese values and ethics, but more importantly about the impact on people working in the business organizations in the US and China.
Morality is a moral principle (what is good, is it protected, is it correct)? It is often seen later. It is necessary to integrate moral and ethical reflections through all OBs. The general philosophical definition of morality is behavioral science or management value. Moral values such as respect, honesty, fairness and responsibility are important structures of morality. The organization ensures the application of this ethic by adopting some ethical guidelines. Therefore, ethics includes basic basic rules, the organization understands that certain matters are correct or wrong, and then provides employees with a sensible choice to make the right choice. The main ethical issues in the organization are as follows:
Personal, cultural and professional values and ethics promote the decision making process of most individuals and companies in our society. Morality reflects our conscience, morals, and how we are using these concepts correctly or wrong (Covi 66). By defining personal and ethical values, moral consciousness is important to the way of life and choice in the workplace, as individuals and businesses can become part of a more effective society. - I think morality is proliferating through honesty and altruism to others; the difference between these moral principles is whether I am a professional or an individual. The basic principles of my ethical standards are honesty, respect, and justice. I advocate these ethical standards in everyday relationships in society and promote these ethical standards in occupational relations in the workplace.
